Everyone is different. Think before you prepare your training.


All athletes are different. That is why they are playing different sports. As such, all cycling riders are different too, they maybe good at road, or track, or MTB, or BMX. Despite of all the factors, riders must understand themselves what they are goods at all. Not limited to their physiological ability, the training extended must be suitable for each individual rider. Coping with the training from other may not provide the predictable result, and in some occasion may create undesirable effect. Hence, do not force yourself into any foot-step of other, and do not force yourself to do anything beyond your ability. Each of the cycling athlete are distinct, and shall not imitate other; you may have your idol but you should not be him; you must be better than him!
